We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Additionally, we also accept payments via Zelle or PayPal.
For a color retouch or transformation, please shampoo your hair a day or two before your appointment and come with as little product as possible, as color takes better on clean hair. For extensions, you can come as you are since most extension applications require the hair to be cleaned, and we will shampoo it prior to installation. For a curly cut, please come with your hair in its natural state with as little product as possible. This is recommended for wavy to curly hair. Coily hair may need to be blown out, which I will assess during the consultation.
Please wear whatever makes you most comfortable. We love taking before and after photos so if possible a black top is always a plus.
We offer complimentary light refreshments such as coffee, hot tea, soda, water, Cheez-Its, fruit snacks, granola bars, cookies, or Rice Krispies treats. This ensures you won't be hungry during your appointment, whether you're on a lunch break or coming before or after work.
Since we don't double or triple book, we aim to get you in and out as efficiently as possible. It's important to schedule the correct service. Please contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment if you'd like to add or change services. There may not be time in the schedule to accommodate changes close to your appointment date, and you may be asked to reschedule if the service you want is crucial to your overall look your going for.
Please allow 48 hours prior to your appointment time if you decide to cancel. This includes changing your services to what you have scheduled to ensure accurate timing with your appointment and appointments scheduled around yours that day as well. There will be a 50% charge to your credit card on file (or prior to returning) if canceled within 1 day of your appointment. Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% charge of the service. No-shows or no-calls will result in no future bookings with DLuxe Beauty. If no card is on file, charges will need to be settled before scheduling future appointments.
