  • What forms of payment do you accept?

  • How do I prep for my appointment?
    Color retouch or a color transformation please shampoo hair a day or two prior to appointment. Come with as little product as possible. Color takes better on clean hair. Extensions you can come as you are. Most extension applications requires the hair be cleaned so I will shampoo prior to installation. Curly cut for best results please come with your hair in its natural state with as little products as possible. **This is recommended for my wavy to curly ladies. Coily ladies may need blown out. I will access during consultation**
  • What should I wear to my appointment?
    Please wear whatever makes you most comfortable. I love taking before and after photos so if possible a black top is always a plus.
  • What amenities do you offer?
    Currently, I offer complimentary light refreshments such as coffee, hot tea, soda, water, cheezits, fruit snacks, granola bars, cookies or rice krispy treats. So you won’t be hangry during your appointment if you are on lunch break or coming before or after work.
  • Can I change my services on the day of my appointment?
    Because I don’t double and triple book I try to get you all in and out as efficiently as possible. Making sure you are scheduling the correct service is important. Please contact me 48 hours prior to your appointment if you’d like to add services or change your services you are receiving. There my not be time in the schedule to change things around so close to your appointment date, you may be asked to reschedule if that the service your wanting is crucial to you.
  • Cancellation policy
    Please allow 48 hours Prior to appointment time if you decide to cancel your appointment. There will be a 50% charge to your credit card on file (or prior to returning) if canceled outside 1 day prior to your appointment. Same day cancel will be 100% charge of service. No show no call will result in NO future bookings with Dluxe Beauty. If no card is on file charges will need to be settled before scheduling future appointments. You are free to go into the app and adjust appointments at you leisure or shoot me an email if there’s an emergency or need assistance.
